Design-build of a new metro rail station serving 40,000 daily commuters. Includes underground concourses, platform shelters, accessibility ramps, and integrated retail kiosks. A flagship public infrastructure project.
The Challenge
Building a new underground station while keeping the existing surface rail line operational required working in 4-hour overnight maintenance windows and precise coordination with the transit authority.
Our Solution
All below-grade works were sequenced into 4-hour nightly possession windows. A prefabrication strategy was used extensively — platform canopy modules, concourse ceiling panels, and retail kiosks were pre-built off-site and craned into position.
